I doubt it. Not in the real world anyway.

Something Big is Coming...
by notsurewheretogo inthe annual meeting of the governing body of jehovah's witnesses will be in october 2014.. .. in november 2013, just after the last one they published this now famous statement in the 15th of november 2013 watchtower page 16 paragraph 17 says:.
"at that time, the lifesaving direction that we receive from jehovahs organization may not appear practical from a human standpoint.
all of us must be ready to obey any instructions we may receive, whether these appear sound from a strategic or human standpoint or not.".

2014 Release: God's Kingdom Rules. - The Generation Game continues
by truthseeker ini really didn't want to add yet another change to my generation chart i produced a few years ago, but on reading this chapter in the new book on overlapping generations, it ocurred to me that they really are trying to pull the wool over our eyes.. .
how can the governing body really believe this?
how can they expect any intelligent person to just swallow this without complaint?.

It made me cry.
These people have so little real happiness in their lives that this video needs to go viral and make them realise that fun is allowed and the KH will not be struck down by Jah for using it for "entertainment".

The Complete Scammer's Guide - by "Pastor" Russell (New Light!)
by Focus inmost of us are reasonably familiar with reports of scandalous goings-on of that old jellyfish lecher, the founder of the watchtower cult, the one and only charles taze russell.. but, are these stories true?.
this thread is going to be devoted to his allegedly scurrilous activities.
so, bookmark it, please, bro' focus is in possession of noo light, and we're going to explore russell like you've never seen him explored before.. we're approaching his 100th death anniversary, and for all i know this virtual exhumation may lead to a real one.

Who Donates Blood For Jehovah's Witnesses That Accept Blood Fragments?
by SanLuisObispoTruthSeeker inthe elders say "its very wrong to donate blood because you never know what the medical community is going to do with that blood.
" i asked one of the brothers who is a consultant at one of the medical centers, "why are we allowed to take blood fragments if were not allowed to donate blood?
" he/she refused to answer, just shook their head and walked away all red faced!

They try to justify taking from non JWs but not giving especially if it is to a non JW.
Good Samaritans they are not.

The people i least get along with are EX- J.Ws
by new hope and happiness ini am not talking about posters here on this board ( otherwise i wouldn't be here would i) but in general.. si i am talking those ex j.ws in my community and we just dont get on.
well ok its a bit of an exaggeration to say i don't get on with them, we just dont associate.
this botherd me at first as i thought we would have much in common, but it wasn't so, and it's just the way it is.

Has anyone ever saved another persons life?
by LogCon ini don't mean you advised them and they changed their lives around, kind of saving a life.. i mean right before your eyes, right now, you had to do something to save a person or they would be dead.. how did it make you feel?
did it have any affect on you?.
forty years ago i was working on a construction site and a back-hoe had loosened a large boulder.

I saved a woman who couldn't swim from drowning. The current was so strong though that by the time I managed to get us both to shore we had been swept along the coast half a mile and she was unconscious. As soon as I was able to stand I started yelling for help and some German men sunbathing heard me and helped get her onto the grass. I thought we were both going to die because everytime I managed to get us to the surface another wave crashed over us forcing us down again and even when I managed to get to the surface there was so much surf in the air I was breathing it in.
One of the worst experiences of my life!

Donation of blood fractions
by why144000 inthis may be the wrong area for this but here goes.. if you went to a bank and told them " i don't have an account with you, i never will have an account with you and i will tell people you are a terrible bank" then ask not for a loan from them, but a gift of a lot of money, how do you think they would respond?.
yet, witnesses now have the the ability to take blood fractions from the blood bank without ever contributing to the blood bank.
there is a process that the blood bank takes just the plasma from a donor to be used for fractions only.
